Booking Policy
Requests for early check-in and/or late check-out are subject to hotel availability and incur an additional cost.

- Due to our location on a main road, some traffic noise may be noticeable.

Flexible cancellation
- The cancellation and/or modification policy without penalty is 5 consecutive days.
- Reservations are guaranteed with a 50% deposit of the total stay. If cancellation, modification, or no-show occurs after the specified time, this 50% deposit is non-refundable and will be charged as a penalty. The remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in.
House rules
- The maximum capacity of the rooms is 2 people. Visitors are not allowed in the room; they should be in the common areas.
- Pets are welcome, with an additional cost, and must have up-to-date documentation
- Loud noises or music are prohibited after 10 pm. If a guest violates this rule, they will be subject to a penalty of $100 USD plus tax.
- The consumption of toxic drugs, narcotics, or psychotropic substances, as well as smoking, is prohibited within any area of the hotel. If a guest violates this rule, they will be responsible for a penalty of $200 USD plus tax.
